Roasting Oysters

An oyster festival at Jigozen. The big lines formed to get these roasted in the shell treats. I went for the fried variety which were delicious.

Oh yuk, I just don't get the oyster thing at all, raw or cooked! It was the opening of our Bluff Oyster season yesterday and they were just opening them and swallowing - no, no, no not on national TV!!
He looks very absorbed in what he's doing...
