Why a confectionery shop? Because of the "cream puff scandal". Fujiya made cream puffs with out of date milk among other bad things. The public was in an uproar, the president resigned, and the company stopped selling products for around two months. They began selling again at the end of March. So, when I saw this store, I marched right in and bought a cream puff. It was delicious!

Good shot -- and very Japanese! I remember this character from many years back in Japan. Push her head and it nods back and forth!
