This lady, obviously much older than the typical Harajuku Girl, showed up with black nails, etc. The younger girls squealed with delight when she arrived.

She looks like the Harajuku Girl version of Elvis. I have read that girls range in age from teens to mid-thirties. Most of the "girls" are really women, who work normal jobs, and treat every Sunday as dressup day.
