Okayama Jo from Koraku-en

Koraku-en is one of the three best gardens in Japan. How it got this distinction, I can't say since all the gardens I saw in Kyoto are better. However, it does borrow Okayama Jo as part of the view.
It also has lots of open grassy areas which is unusual in crowded Japan. Perhaps this novelty got it the into the top three.
