Feeding the WorldPosted by Steve Rice (Olympia, United States) on 22 November 2007 in Landscape & Rural. Soy beans and corn. The farm belt of the U.S. produces enough grains to feed a substantial portion of the world's population. With ever increasing oil prices, I'm sure farmer's are hoping ethanol will fuel a substantial portion of the world's autos as well.
