After few hours... I found that video about the ducula pinon - Pinon's Imperial-Pigeon. http://ibc.hbw.com/ibc/phtml/votacio.phtml?idVideo=11124&Ducula_pinon If this one was in liberty, it's probably an escape from the zoo. It's a pigeon that is naturally in Indenosia or Papua New Guinea . Still an amazing picture :o)

@Suzanne Labbé: Thank you for your research. This bird was in the really nice aviary in Hong Kong Park. The birds are free to fly around as they wish within the fairly large enclosure.
