Fishing Fleet - Chung Chau Harbor

Posted by Steve Rice (Olympia, United States) on 6 April 2008 in Transportation.

Chung Chau is an outlying island in Hong Kong. It has a neat harbor surrounded by excellent restaurants serving really fresh (you guessed it) seafood. You can walk all the way around the island and end up back at the village for lunch. The food is great! It's also amazingly cheap.

Still no cars on the island or has that changed? I had a school camp here when I was about 9 or 10...

@Daroru: Now that you mention it, I don't remember seeing any cars there. However, the roads seemed to be set up to accommodate them.
