The New Dungeness Lighthouse

Originally 100 feet (30.5 meters) tall, the lighthouse was lowered, due to cracking in the tower, in 1927. It presently stands 63 feet (19.2 meters) tall.

Beautiful image Steve! The bright sun and shadows suggest a cool autumn day and I really like the contrast of the lighthouse against the blue sky!

Nice sharp image with great primary colors. I also love that light, too, especially the shadow from the roof across the side of the building.

A fine lighthouse shot. I especially like how you've controlled the contrast so the shadows on the building are open and luminous. Fine color and detail.
