Can Spring Be Far Behind?Posted by Steve Rice (Olympia, United States) on 8 February 2009 in Landscape & Rural. A few days ago it was snowing in Olympia. The next day it was sunny and warmer so I went for a walk at the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge where I found these willows looking as though Spring is on the way.
