Interstate 5 is the major north - south highway on the West Coast. It runs from the Canadian border to Mexico passing through Washington, Oregon, and California. Here is a Wikipedia article that has all kinds of detail about the highway. This bridge is located about 15 miles (24.1 kilometers) north of Grants Pass, Oregon near the Sunny Valley exit. It's on the east side of the highway. @dan: Not at all. This one seems to be well used. Peggy M. from somewhere in, FranceBlack and White...your vision it's very nice ! Kisses 14 Jul 2009 1:02pm don from spokane, United StatesI like this below-the-bridge viewpoint. Fine processing to give the bridge itself maximum impact. Love this in B&W 15 Jul 2009 2:20pm dj.tigersprout from New York City, United Statesbeautifully framed -- an excellent shot! 16 Jul 2009 4:11pm Francesc B. from région parisienne, FranceBeautiful angle and contrasted B&W... For me, I would just have erased the electric cords of the high voltage line, to the right. 16 Jul 2009 4:31pm Diane Schuller from Hythe, CanadaTHis is fantastic. I love seeing the bridge shot from lower down as you've done here. All those curved openings made for some detailed and careful construction. They'd never do that nowadays. If there is a guide or travel brochure that lists some of these bridges and how to get to them, would you kindly email to let me know how I can obtain one? If a guide for finding some of them existed, I'd love to get one for my husband. 22 Jul 2009 2:59pm |
