Coquille River Lighthouse

First lighted in 1896, this lighthouse was designed to guide ships across a dangerous bar that had claimed eight ships. It was turned off in 1939 after improvements to the river channel. The tower is 40 feet (12.2 meters) tall.

I like your viewpoint with the flowers as a foreground element. The lighthouse is very attractive. Fine natural looking colors. Fine image.
