I would taste a coffee happy, especially when it's time for breakfast here. Too bad it is so expensive!

I had a bag of this given to me as a souvenir once. But I don't think it was the real stuff. How I wish I'd tried this while I was there, so many great stories about this coffee!

Ahh, just finished my coffee, but I don't think it was passed through anything except a grinder beforehand. :-)) So, I wonder what it is that makes this coffee so much better for having been passed through the civet cat. And then I wonder, just who thought coffee beans in feces would make a better cup of coffee to begin with. ;-)

Your description is an amazing process with which to come up with an unusual bean and a fantastic cup of coffee. Nice shot of the cup, but the narrative adds so much to the post's success.
