It seems to me that we were visiting similar places in about the same time. Yes... Death Valley is magnificent and I am planing to go back again also. Perhaps some time in Januarym however night are going to be cold especially in higher elevation. It is interesting how sobject "manipulate" as sna places in about the same spot (Hello Steve
