Located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, WA, the statue marked the 50th anniversary of the J.P. Patches show, a Seattle children's television program.

Oh Steve, you should the smile and joy on my face ! How fair, magic is this clown ! Looks like beeing coming out of the XIX century with his elegant jacket... and with the colors going to sepia + vignetting, I must admit that your photograph is stunning.
