After leaving Tokyo National Museum, I stopped in Akihabara, the electronics shops area. I checked out a couple of the multistory stores that have all kinds of electronics and appliances. One floor is always photography related. The selection is massive. I had no idea of the variety of selfie sticks for example. Cleaning brushes for dusting your camera; there are dozens, of different sizes, shapes, and colors, on offer.
As I learned when I lived in Japan for a year, the prices on cameras and lenses are not a bargain in Japan. I'll stick with B&H Photo or the other big camera stores in New York City.
