The World's Only! Corn Palace Revisited

I was passing Mitchell, South Dakota and thought I should see what the Corn Palace murals looked like this year. You may recall that The World's Only! Corn Palace launched the occasional series I call Roadside Oddities.

I noticed that the domes have been changed from the cool ones of a few years ago. I much prefer the earlier design.

I agree the current versions are a bit 'lack luster' compared to the earlier of verison. It's still a fine picture.

Wow, it has a totally different look. I like the bright colors from the previous image. This looks to be quite a place and one of a kind. I can see why this building began "Roadside Oddities"!
