Yes, that's Pella, Iowa. If you are familiar with Pella Windows, this is where they come from. It was almost Tulip Time and the tulips were going strong.

I read: "Pella was founded in 1847 by 800 Dutch immigrants led by Henry Peter Scholte. Before leaving the Netherlands, the immigrants decided to name their new home Pella, or City of Refuge, in the prairieland of Iowa."
Well, now I see it.
