@Le Krop: It's an Indian reservation of the Kaibab Paiute tribe. The reservation surrounds the national monument. This fence marks the border between the reservation and the national monument.
A well protected monument . great composition.

Kind of sad really that instead of sharing, we keep on dividing... I understand the history and reasons for it but it is still sad that we cannot find a common ground these days.
